1.What is family fun for you?

For us family fun is to be able to do activities, enjoy the same environment, have accommodation adapted to the needs of families ...

2.What is the difference between your company and others in the sector that do not specialise in the family sector?

Let's say that they are not the differences but the orientation that you give to the business, if as in our case we have apartments and studios, which is the most requested by families, obviously you will have families, then you will have services for them such as bed barriers, bottle warmers, diapers, lights remove fears ....and as not the swimming pools, and the garden with ponds of fish and turtles, and a small park to 50 meters, I repeat they are not the differences but as you were able to make feel the client, and influences also as not, the natural environment, is not the same a hotel in an urban helmet, that the options that give you the beach, the forest, is another history.

3. What does the family tourist of your company emphasize the most?

The comfort for the enjoyment of the facilities, given that from the terrace of the swimming pool, the gardens, the adaptability for the trolleys, and the service offered to be able to prepare special meals for the smallest, and the human treatment.

4.What are the main tourist resources in your area?

Evidently the nature, with its beaches, its paths, the forest, Punta moreiras dazzles many people, boat trips and the proximity to tourist centers such as Combarro and Pontevedra.

5.Why is Galicia a good destination for families?

Mild climate, establishments that cover their needs, nature with plenty of resources, beaches, rivers, forests, something that is not usual to find in other areas of Spain, another very important coas I think, is the option to be in places with services but not overcrowded, and gastronomy of course.

6.Do foreign families come to your establishment?

If more and more, although it is still a small number, and look for the same thing, nature, routes to walk ...

7.Tell us an anecdote about a tourist family in your establishment.

They are many years already, for that reason that an anecdote, not almost better some curiosity, we have clients that came from small with their parents until the adolescent age, and now they return already with 40 and peak years with their families, and repeat year after year, other families that always coincide, they began all with carts with a baby each one, Because 15 years later they still come more or less on the same dates and with the teenage children and even have the group of whatspp that they called Bosquemar, others who started with a child, the next year another, the next another and once they stopped having children continue to come and the youngest is 7 years old.

To continue offering a good service, give more options to this type of customer, which also tends to be very faithful when you are at ease and offered what is necessary, and obviously to create a much more powerful brand in family tourism that is undoubtedly our greatest niche.
