About to make the leap to 2018, it is time to recapitulate and remember the lived moments of this past year.

Galicia Destino Familiar was born last year with a clear objective: position our autonomous community as a landmark destination so that parents and children can enjoy unforgettable experiences. This project, promoted and backed by the Galicia Tourism Cluster, was a way of displaying the hundreds of companies that offer a specialised offer for this sector, which didn’t received the proper attention.

All starts are difficult, but slowly we saw our project grow, celebrating with excitement each achievement. Knowing that the companies trusted us confirmed the necessity of this initiative, giving us strength to go forward. We also grew online, through our website and social media, and our app finally could see the light to make things easier for the parents.

What started as a project is now a reality, and that is why we want to thank the companies that believed in us and that have accompanied us in the last few months, as well as the new companies that keep joining the big family we current are.

Besides we must thank the families that trust us to find in Galicia its dreamed trip, we send you our best wishes and encourage you to come visit us next year.

We cannot forget those who have accompanied us in workshops and trips, bloggers, influencers and authentic experts in children’s leisure, whose help has been crucial to take our brand even further. We hope the New Year give us the opportunity to continue collaborating together.

To all of you, thank you, because what makes Galicia Destino Familiar special is that it is project made by and for families, and together we will make Galicia the best destination to enjoy in family.
